Do not be proud of the fact that your grandmother was shocked at something which you are accustomed to seeing or hearing without being shocked…. It may be that your grandmother was an extremely lively and vital animal and that you are a paralytic.
–GK Chesterton
Young man, are you listening to me? I said
Young man, what do you want to be? I said
Young man, you can make real your dreams

Eighty year-old Julie Jaman was banned from her YMCA in Port Townsend Washington when she objected to a male Y employee in the women’s locker room with young girls.
Jaman said that she was alerted to the trans employee being in the women’s locker room while she was showering and “heard a man’s voice.”
She told Monson that she alerted a pool staffer to the incident and was stunned when the staff member told her she was “being discriminatory,” and “was banned from the pool forever.” The staffer also allegedly said the police would be called, according to Jaman’s radio interview.
“She didn’t ask me what the problem was, if I was okay, nothing about me,” Jaman told Monson. “It’s as if she was just waiting to pounce on me. It was just stunning.”
With the wind of media bias in its sails and Big Tech censorship smoothing the waters before it, the trans movement has gotten way out ahead of public opinion and real people. But progress waits for no one now, and I think the pain and division coming from the intolerance of the movement for the little spasms of sanity here and there are the point. Every Current Thing has a punitive aspect, and eighty year-old grandmothers with a protective attitude over girls must be publicly punished lest others get similar ideas.
One is expected to adapt overnight to fantastical new beliefs on the very nature of life–but if he doesn’t the movement is only too glad to, say, de-select him as in an evolutionary sense, weeding out the unfit. They see it as narrative eugenics. The YMCA employee who threatened to call the police on Jaman probably thinks Jaman broke a law–which means she, and a million like her, think there should be, and are ready, for one.
Exposure by voice seems to be a common problem for men-as-women, and a natural male voice is a treatable condition through surgery, as “gender affirming voice care”. The voice must cause no end of angst for “trans women”. Keeping up the affected female voice must be exhausting through the day. In moments of stress or pain the true voice comes out (I imagine one of these guys stepping on a nail and bellowing a string of epithets in full male voice before catching himself and adjusting with an exaggeratedly feminine “oh, ooh”).
Lost in all the madness is the conniving fraud of sexual transition: trans women are out to fool the world. They are engaged in a con. Combined with the political movement to obscure the distinction–“trans women are women full stop”–even going after legal documentation, the movement as a whole is one grand con.
And it’s a comic contradiction no one can see, elevating drag queens as the supposed vanguard of the movement–what this camp tradition of outrageous female impersonations, glorying in the distinction between male and female, has to do with a movement that seeks to obscure that distinction, I don’t know. Of course the movement’s philosophy of gender fluidity is entirely at odds with the autogynephilic or homosexual desires of trans women.
Perhaps it’s because drag, in satirizing femininity, mocks and resents women. I think I see envy. Maybe under the satirizing of sex roles and tradition is gay condescension for women. Women aren’t just individual competitors for the attention of men, but the domestic life, family, mothers stand as an obstacle and affront to gay men.
Drag is gay men satirizing the competition.
The male to female theater of the trans movement is just a giant drag show.
Anyway there was a rally for Jaman on Monday that, naturally, was disrupted by trans allies with minimal police intervention
The 80-year-old woman who was banned from her local swimming pool for raising concerns about a male in the female washroom was heckled as she gave a speech tonight.
Trans activists ripped down the suffragette flags behind her and tried to sabotage her microphone. #LetJulieSwim pic.twitter.com/LjHBFMfBHr

The rally for Jaman took a feminist approach.
Vancouver based YouTuber Robert Zerfing, who calls himself “The Common Sense Conservative”, was there to record. It’s a bit more than the “heckling” the New York Post headlines.
And what about the YMCA? The organization established to keep Christian men out of trouble once upon a time is woke as this hell we live in, of course.
